We are looking to recruit a Marketing Account Manager for a fast-paced, growing, performance marketing agency based in Europe (GMT+3).
The ideal candidate will be passionate about marketing, a good communicator, and quick learner. The right person will bring forth a versatile skill set and be ready to evolve and compete in an international level of excellence.
We need a strong executor who is able to handle both local and international level marketing campaigns.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
> Handling the accounts of clients, including:
— Daily/weekly communications, and
— Ensuring the delivery of the campaigns in Performance, SEO, and Lead Generation
> Monitor the performance and prepare reports
> Assist in managing the Ad campaigns across various Social & Google Ads
> Write copy for various marketing activities, including ads, landing pages, or digital copy
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
> 2-3 years of experience in a similar position, agency experience will be an advantage
> Good understanding of marketing and performance metrics
> Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing channels
> Conduct keyword research is important
> Proficient in using Google Docs
> Familiarity with analytics (GA4, Paid Ad metrics etc.)
> Excellent communication and people skills to communicate with clients and partners
> Strong organizational and time-management abilities
> Fluent in both Greek and English
GOOD TO HAVES
> Knowledge of Canva or other design software
> Knowledge of CRM systems like Hubspot
> BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline will be an advantage
