MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and leveraging existing contacts.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitors to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities and sales materials.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Attend industry events and conferences for networking and business development.
  • Manage and update the client database to optimize sales efforts.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, with a focus on digital marketing or a related field.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Hubspot) and practices.
  • A proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Greek is advantageous.
