MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and leveraging existing contacts.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitors to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities and sales materials.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Attend industry events and conferences for networking and business development.
- Manage and update the client database to optimize sales efforts.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, with a focus on digital marketing or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Hubspot) and practices.
- A proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Greek is advantageous.
